The present invention is to provide a system for providing and evaluating a test using a single question output device and an examinee terminal. According to the novel system of the present invention, a time and costs required for printing question and answer sheets can be reduced, the cheating of an examinee and the cheating using an answer sheet can be prevented, and the privacy of the examinee is secured by individually notifying a test result. Also, a test answer is generated and evaluated by being received by each terminal of the examinee while examinees view a test question together through a question output device in order to allow more effective learning since the examinee can individually check an explanation necessary for the examinee, and to allow a plurality of examinees to take a test together in the same time and place or a space. Also, a test time for the question output device in which power can be constantly turned on, can be directly set or on/off of the power and output of questions can be controlled by using test time information on an evaluation server. In addition, an alarm for the test can be provided even for the examinee by using the test time information on the evaluation server.
