The present invention relates to a 3D printing method using Lissajous patterns, which performs 3D printing processes to rapidly generate a printing output with precision by operating two laser beam axes at high speed using Lissajous patterns; and to a 3D printer using Lissajous patterns. The 3D printing method using Lissajous patterns comprises: a target size measurement step for measuring the size of a target to be stacked; a minimum diameter calculation step for calculating the minimum diameter of a laser beam required to harden a stacking material; a synchronization step for synchronizing the laser beam with a scan mirror; a processing path setting step for setting a processing path of the laser beam using Lissajous patterns; and a stacking material hardening step for hardening the stacking material along the processing path by using the laser beam. In the stacking material hardening step, the laser beam is irradiated to a position where the target is formed on the processing path.
