The present invention provides an ISOFIX connector and an infant car seat. The ISOFIX connector comprises a fixed case, a sliding case slidably installed in the fixed case, and a locking member for locking or unlocking an anchor rod rotatably installed in the sliding case and inserted into the sliding case. The ISOFIX connector more comprises a first position restriction member, an interlocking sliding block, an interlocking member, and an interlocking torsion spring, wherein the locking member and the first position restriction member are interlocked through the interlocking member, and synchronization positioning of the locking member and the first position restriction member is realized through the interlocking torsion spring.
