According to the requirement for strength test of ISOFIX fixed point of passenger car seat specified by national standard GB 14167-2013,the finite element analysis theory was used and the ISOFIX fixed point of a newly developed passenger car seat was taken as the research object to build a finite element model for ISOFIX fixed point of passenger car seat.HyperWorks software was applied to the tests for the positive force and the oblique force to obtain the corresponding stress-strain cloud chart of the seat.Therefore,By analyzing and predicting the weak links of the seat,it is available to provide a reference for structural design and optimization of passenger car seats.%根据国家标准GB 14167-2013对乘用车座椅ISOHX固定点强度的试验要求,运用有限元分析理论,以某款新开发乘用车的座椅ISOFIX固定点为研究对象,建立乘用车座椅ISOFIX固定点有限元模型,并应用HyperWorks软件进行正向力和斜向力试验,得到相应的座椅应力应变云图,进而分析和预测座椅的薄弱环节,为乘用车座椅的结构设计与优化提供参考.
