The present invention prepares and cultures breast cancer cells; administers an anticancer agent to the breast cancer cells; provides a method of restoring anticancer drug sensitivity of breast cancer cells by treating nonthermal plasma to breast cancer cells that have developed anticancer drug resistance in order to eliminate anticancer drug resistance; and tracks quantitative variation of genes through quantitative analysis of genes therefor. In addition, the present invention, as an apparatus for treating nonthermal plasma to cancer cells that have developed anticancer drug resistance, provides a plasma apparatus having improved electrical safety, providing a DBD plasma apparatus of a mesh-type electrode, using air as a discharge gas, and effectively acting on cancer cells, and an operating system thereof.
