The present invention relates to a prediction system for predicting success or failure of a business through deep learning-machine learning on the basis of a business plan, which comprises: a user terminal including an input unit for receiving a business plan from a user, and an output unit for outputting a business success rate analysis resu a service providing server for learning a success prediction algorithm by deep learning- machine learning from the accumulated and stored business plan, and analyzing a business success rate for the business plan input from the success prediction algorithm; and a database for storing business plans which are learning data of the deep learning- machine learning and a business result for each of the business plans. According to the present invention, an effect of accurately predicting a business success possibility is provided by determining the business success possibility of the business plan submitted through the algorithm learned in accordance with the success or failure of an actual business.
