The present invention relates to a deciduous tooth prosthesis having an inner protrusion based on zirconia. The deciduous tooth prosthesis of the present invention comprises: a deciduous tooth prosthesis body (110) formed by molding a deciduous tooth shape, inserting a deciduous tooth into a lower portion thereof through an opening (120), and having an inner protrusion (130) of an uneven shape formed in a horizontal direction, integrally formed therein and made of a zirconia material; and an opening (120) formed to be within a preset error range with an inner diameter equal to an outer diameter of the diameter of a lower end edge of the deciduous tooth to be covered by a deciduous tooth prosthesis (100). Accordingly, an adhesive is input between the deciduous tooth prosthesis and a tooth to widen an adhesive area during bonding by including the inner protrusion. Also, the deciduous tooth prosthesis has physical resistance to resist by vertical force, thereby being not easily separated from the tooth, and improving folding strength and rupture strength in addition to tensile strength from the attached deciduous tooth.
