Disclosed are an automatic fastening device and an automatic aircraft courier precision delivery system including an automatic fastening device. The disclosed automatic fastening device includes: hook tongs combined with a hook of a parcel; a movement adjustment member adjusting the position of the hook tongs relatively to the hook of the parcel; a UPS transmission member transmitting a position signal for one among the parcel and the movement adjustment member; and a UPS reception member placed in the other one among the parcel and movement adjustment member, in which the UPS transmission member is not placed, and receiving the position signal. Through the automatic fastening device and automatic aircraft courier precision delivery system, parcels can be stored regardless of size and can be stored at the proper temperature.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
