The present invention relates to a real time report and management method for shipbuilding repairing work process, in which a ship manager (ship owner, ship classification etc.) uses his/her mobile terminal or computer to share work processes of a ship to be repaired with a shipbuilding repairing equipment site in real time to immediately manage and supervise the work process when a worker working at the site uses his/her mobile terminal to input and save general information about the work process. If the real time report and management method for shipbuilding repairing work processes suggested in the present invention is used, it is advantageous in that a shipyard is able to report work processes of a ship to be repaired in real time and a ship owner is able to remotely manage and supervise current work statuses of the shipbuilding repairing processes in real time by using a mobile terminal such as a computer or a smart phone. In addition, it is advantageous in that delay for shipbuilding repairing works can be minimized by proceeding shipbuilding repairing work processes according to an agreed schedule and immediately discussing changes of work processes. Furthermore, fault (especially when issue occurs), which can occur when working on shipbuilding repairing, can be much clear by enabling smooth communication between a shipbuilding repairing company and a ship owner or a ship classification class.
