The present invention relates to a door slide apparatus with a protective finish plate formed for an on-site construction of a building, which is able to prevent a slide of a slide door formed on an entrance of the building by using a cover unit and to prevent foreign substances from being introduced into the building. According to the present invention, the door slide apparatus with the protective finish plate formed for an on-site construction of the building comprises: a main frame unit installed on a floor on a lower end of a frame of a sliding door formed on an entrance in the building; a slide unit formed inside the main frame unit to guide the sliding door installed on the frame; and a cover unit which covers an upper side surface of the slide unit and the main frame unit to be engaged by fixing grooves formed on an external side on both sides of the main frame unit. Accordingly, the present invention is able to cover an upper side surface of the slide unit and the main frame unit by using the cover unit, prevent the slide unit from being damaged by an external pressure, and prevent foreign substances from being introduced from outside into the slide unit.
