The present invention relates to a nutrient solution supply device for facility horticulture, which comprises: a mixing tank for storing a nutrient solution and supplying the same to a medium; a medium weight measuring unit for measuring the weight of the medium; and a nutrient solution control unit for controlling the nutrient solution supplied from the mixing tank to the medium so that the weight of the medium measured by the medium weight measuring unit follows a target weight of a predetermined medium. Optimal nutrient control tailored to the crop conditions maximizes economics and efficiency of crop cultivation.
