The present invention relates to a production method of alkali resistant (AR)-glass fibers using coal waste and AR-glass fibers produced therefrom. The production method comprises the steps of: 1) stirring and mixing raw materials of AR-glass fibers; 2) melting the mixed raw materials at high temperatures to form molten glass; and 3) fiberizing the molten glass using a fiberizing device. In the step 3), the molten glass is fiberized by controlling the fiberizing rate and the fiberizing temperature.
