According to the present invention, provided is a traffic information transceiving system, which is a system for transceiving traffic information to/from a vehicle running on a road. The traffic information transceiving system comprises: a first communication unit receiving traffic information from a server; a storage unit storing traffic information; a processing unit determining conditions under which the traffic information is provided to the vehicle and processing the traffic information in accordance with the conditions by calling the traffic information from the server or the storage unit; and a second communication unit receiving a request for the traffic information from the vehicle and transmitting the traffic information to the vehicle.
