Disclosed are a fire extinguishing agent release control device and an automatic fire extinguishing facility having the same. According to embodiments of the present invention, the fire extinguishing agent release control device comprises: a main body mounted on a pipe line forming a fire extinguishing agent release passage of an automatic fire extinguishing facility; a release control pin which is installed on the main body to be moved forwards and backwards, and moves forwards to the fire extinguishing agent release passage by an stretching force of an elastic member to open the fire extinguishing agent release passage; a stopping member which is installed in the main body to be moved forwards and backwards, and stops and restricts the release control pin in a retreated state; a first solenoid driving unit to operate the stopping member to move the release control pin forwards when a fire extinguishing agent is to be released; a second solenoid driving unit having a restricting member to stop and restrict a stopping end of the stopping member in a retreated state regardless of operation of the first solenoid driving unit; a restriction sensing unit to sense whether the release control pin is restricted or unrestricted by the second solenoid driving unit; a state display unit to display a restricting state by the second solenoid driving unit based on sensing information of the restriction sensing unit; and a control unit to control operation of the second solenoid driving unit in accordance with input information of an operating unit.
