The present invention relates to a small-caliber rocket ballistic body comprising a ballistic body which forms to gradually narrow toward a rear side when compared with a front side, and a balancing unit formed on an outer surface of the rear side of the ballistic body to uniformly distribute a pressure when the ballistic body is launched and at the same time to regulate fluctuation during flight of the ballistic body. Stable ballistic formation is capable of being achieved even when launched from a launcher without a steel wire, and special operation forces are capable of effectively removing tempered glass when entering a building or an aircraft vehicle or help firefighters break into a glass window during a fire in a building to assist in the entry.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
