The present invention relates to a hybrid emotional light capable of being operated based on emotions of a user and weather information. The present invention provides a structure of the hybrid emotional light comprises: a mobile device detecting emotions of a user and checking weather information; a light unit changing brightness in accordance with illuminance of a room; an LED unit including an LED light having a plurality of colors; a sensor unit detecting current illuminance of the room; a wireless transmission and reception unit transmitting and receiving data with the mobile device and measuring a distance from the mobile device; and a controller receiving information of the wireless transmission and reception unit and controlling the brightness of the light unit and the colors of the LED unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
