The present invention relates to a cloud computing system used for both a cloud server and a local server using a zero client terminal, which installs a trapezoidal tetrahedron-shaped wind collecting device capable of rotating a blade by surrounding the blade of a vertical-axial wind power generator from the outside to collect wind so as to protect the blade of the wind power generator from excessive wind, and centralizes wind which can act on the blade to improve the power efficiency. To this end, the cloud computing system of the present invention comprises: a wind collecting layer having a trapezoidal tetrahedron shape in which both sides thereof penetrate, and formed with an inlet in which wind may be introduced, at the outside thereof, and an outlet having a cross-sectional area becoming narrower toward an inner direction and having the cross-sectional area smaller than that of the inlet, at the inside thereof; and a vertical blade located inside the outlet of the wind collecting layer, having a plurality of blades with a vertical curved slope, and connected to a rotary shaft.
