Disclosed in the present invention is a system for controlling the temperature and capacity of an oil cooler by using a vortex tube, which has simple equipment and can easily acquire a low temperature, thereby enabling efficient heat exchange. The system for controlling the temperature and capacity of an oil cooler by using a vortex tube according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a machine tool; a cutting oil tank; an air compressor; and a vortex tube.
