The present invention relates to a steel sheet plated with a high corrosion resistance iron-aluminum alloy having improved corrosion resistance, a manufacturing method thereof and a hot press forming material manufactured therefrom. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the steel sheet plated with an iron-aluminum alloy, which is used for hot press formation, includes: a matrix steel sheet; and an Fe-Al alloy plating layer formed on the surface of the matrix steel sheet. When the Fe-Al alloy plating layer is divided into four layers in a thickness direction, the hardness of the center of the outermost layer is 400-700 Hv, the hardness of the center of a layer bordering the matrix steel sheet is 150-400 Hv, and the hardness of the remaining layers excluding the outermost layer can be lower than their outer layer.
