The present invention relates to a jig for manufacturing a cylindrical cell, capable of forming a fixed shape of a beading unit formed by a beading process of a can by being inserted into the can of a cylindrical cell. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the jig for manufacturing a cylindrical cell includes: a first disk having a diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the can; a second disk having a diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the can and installed in the lower part of the first disk; a third disk installed between the first disk and second disk and having a diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the beading unit of the can; a central bar passing through the center of the first disk, second disk, and third disk and having the shape extended to the upper part of the first disk; and a diameter control button enabling the diameter of the first disk and second disk to be same as or smaller than the diameter of the third disk by being controlled by the diameter control button which is formed on the central bar.
