Disclosed is an apparatus for estimating a heat flux coefficient of a run-out table in a hot rolling process. The apparatus comprises: a heat flux coefficient learning unit using variables related to hot rolled material information and operation information to generate a heat flux coefficient estimation model having an artificial neural network structure to estimate a heat flux coefficient of the run-out table through machine learning; and a heat flux coefficient calculation unit inputting variables actually measured during operation into the heat flux coefficient estimation model to calculate a heat flux coefficient of a run-out table in operation.
