The present invention relates to a system for predicting a failure of a vehicle by analyzing a component aging pattern from data of a vehicle and a method thereof. Provided are the system for predicting a failure of a vehicle which performs machine learning which analyzes an aging pattern of each component at the time of the occurrence of the failure based on driving records and failure history for each vehicle, generates a learning model from the machine learning, and inputs data collected from a specific vehicle in the generated learning model, and the method thereof.
