The present invention relates to an eIF4G phosphorylation method in a yeast comprising a step of activating Ksp1 and a post-transcriptional regulation method using the method. Specifically, Ksp1 phosphorylates eIF4G to inhibit translation initiation, regulates the interaction between eIF4F and Dhh1 to degrade mRNA, and regulates translation of RP mRNA to act as a key factor in post-transcriptional regulation.
