The present invention relates to a bacillus subtilis UB-156 strain, which is a novel microorganism isolated from soils for cultivating eco-friendly organic plants. According to the present invention, the bacillus subtilis UB-156 (deposit number of KACC 92196P) strain is capable of quickly removing ammonia gas generated from excrements of livestock and fundamentally removing bad odors by decomposing bad odor-causing substances, and thus, it is possible to cost-efficiently and efficiently remove bad odors without an additional facility. In addition, according to the present invention, the bacillus subtilis UB-156 (deposit number of KACC 92196P) strain can be easily cultured and has effects of preventing a plant disease and decomposing an organic matter such as protein. Thus, as compared with the existing well-known bacillus strains, the bacillus subtilis UB-156 (deposit number of KACC 92196P) strain is safe for humans and animals as well as the environment while having various and multiple functions, and therefore, the bacillus subtilis UB-156 (deposit number of KACC 92196P) strain can be widely used as an agricultural microbial agent.
