The present invention relates to a low sugar fruits marmalade containing saccharin, fruits syrup including the same, and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a low sugar fruits marmalade with fruits, sugar, saccharin, and crystal glucose, containing 10 to 15 parts by weight of the sugar, 0.0125 to 0.25 parts by weight of the saccharin, and 0.2375 to 4.75 parts by weight of the crystal glucose, based on 100 parts by weight of the fruits; fruits syrup including the same; and a method of manufacturing the same. The low sugar fruits marmalade and fruits syrup according to the present invention are reduced in the amount of sugar compared to conventional fruits marmalade and fruits syrup, contain fructooligosaccharides to maintain a sweet taste while having low calories, and are expected to function as a prebiotic of oligosaccharides.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
