The present invention relates to a cool feeling functional composition comprising at least one nanoparticle selected from the group consisting of Al_2O_3, BN, and AlN having good reflectance to sunlight and high thermal conductivity. The cool feeling functional composition of the present invention has no hazardous substances and is an eco-friendly (ECO) material comprising white fine ceramic nanoparticles. In addition, fabric or leather coated with the cool feeling composition of the present invention maintains high thermal conductivity performance even after washing and can be applied to all colors regardless of a type of substrates.
