Disclosed are an apparatus and method for generating a polycrystalline atomic model, and a recording medium recording a program for realizing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for generating a polycrystalline atomic model comprises the following steps: setting center coordinates of each of crystals; setting a lattice direction of each of the crystals; forming a crystal structure of the respective crystals; determine whether the formed crystal structure is included in each of the crystals; and storing and outputting types, number, and coordinate information of atoms included in each of the crystals when the formed crystal structure is included in each of the crystals. According to the present invention, a polycrystalline atomic model may be easily generated, and time and effort in actual test processes and the like may also be reduced by easily generating the polycrystalline atomic model.
