The present invention relates to a method for recommending a personal customized question and a device thereof which can allow users to have a higher learning effect at the same time through providing a personal customized question. The method for recommending a personal customized question comprises the steps of: allowing a personal customized question providing device to receive information related to learning of a user; allowing the personal customized question providing device to generate a personal customized question based on the information related to learning; and allowing the personal customized question providing device to provide the personal customized question to a user device of the user.
