The present invention relates to a method and a device for effectively removing bubbles of a rectal wall in high intensity focused ultrasound therapy for prostate diseases and, more specifically, to a method and a device for removing bubbles without removing a focused ultrasound generator (probe) inserted into a rectal wall when bubbles in a liquid layer of the rectal wall are identified by removing bubbles in the liquid layer formed between the focused ultrasound generator inserted into rectum and the rectal wall in focused ultrasound therapy for prostate diseases.
