The present invention relates to a step (a) of preparing a first suspension in which first oxide particles are dispersed, a second suspension in which second oxide particles are dispersed, and a third suspension in which third oxide particles are dispersed; a step (b) of forming a first coating layer on a first coating layer on a base material with suspension plasma spraying (SPS) by using the first suspension; a step (c) of forming a second coating layer on the first coating layer; and a step (d) of forming a third coating layer on the second coating layer. According to the manufacturing method, a three-layered ceramic thermal barrier coating layer can be formed to enhance high-temperature durability during a thermal cycle.
