Package structure of artificial light source device suitable for plant growth of plant factory

The present invention relates to a package structure of an artificial light source device used in a plant factory. A package structure of a light emitting diode is improved to have a wider distribution area suitable for growth of plants and more favorable distribution uniformity such that an LED chip (red or blue LED chips) which emits light in a specific wavelength range required according to growth stages of a plant and an LED chip (white LED chip) which emits light (pseudo white light: white) excited in a wide emission wavelength bandwidth are separately arranged in one package. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a red wavelength emitted by the red LED chip from being reflected (scattered reflection) and attenuated by a material constituting a fluorescent substance to be applied on the blue LED chip to form the white LED chip. In addition, an appropriate amount of mixed light is emitted with substantially the same distribution in each of LED light emitting packages which are separately arranged, and accordingly, it is possible to obtain uniform distribution uniformity in a relatively large area of a plant growing stand to which the light is emitted.
