Disclosed are an RF cavity filter using a plate elastic body and a manufacturing method thereof. The filter comprises: a housing having at least one cavity; an integrated-type lower cover coupled to an upper portion of the housing and having at least one plate elastic portion integrally formed thereon; an upper cover coupled to an upper portion of the lower cover and having at least one bolt hole formed in a position corresponding to a position of the plate elastic portion; and at least one tuning bolt inserted through the bolt hole wherein the tuning bolt is inserted through the bolt hole to provide an external force to the plate elastic portion and accordingly, a shape of the plate elastic portion is changed by the external force. According to the disclosed filter, the plate elastic body and the lower cover are formed in an integrated structure, thereby preventing inflow of debris into the cavity, simplifying manufacturing processes, and reducing manufacturing costs.
