Disclosed are a hydraulic test system for control optimization of a high pressure diverter which tests whether or not a diverter is properly operated before operating by installing the diverter in a site, and is capable of selecting a diverter secured with stability and reliability and at the same time enabling the diverter having a defect to be corrected before being installed in the site, and a diverter test method using the same. The hydraulic test system for control optimization of the high pressure diverter and the diverter test method using the same apply only the diverter secured with stability and reliability to the site, and in addition to preventing damage to a drill facility or harm to a human life in the site due to a malfunction of the diverter, environmental pollution problem caused by an outflow of oil is also capable of being prevented as well.
