The method for publishing a picture book using the crowd translation includes: a step of receiving a picture file for a cover and text from an author; a step of receiving price information and book information from the author; a step of receiving a self-publishing request from the author; a step of registering a publishing-scheduled picture book corresponding to the picture file and the book information in a publishing schedule list by responding to the shelf publishing request; a step of receiving a translation participation request about the predetermined publishing-scheduled picture book registered in the publishing schedule list from a translator; a step of providing the picture file and the book information corresponding to the predetermined publishing-scheduled picture book to the translator by responding to the translation participation request; a step of receiving a translation language and translator information as a result of the translation of the predetermined publishing-scheduled picture book from the translator; a step of receiving a selection of the author about the one or more translation results among the multiple translation results to the multiple languages by the multiple translators of the predetermined publishing-scheduled picture book; a step of manufacturing one or more files for an e-book, individually corresponding to one or more translation results selected by the author; and a step of registering the one or more files for an e-book manufactured in one or more online e-book markets and publishing the one or more files for an e-book.
