The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a drug coating layer, which, in order to control the release of active components of tamsulosin and tadalafil, comprises: a core layer comprising tamsulosin; an enteric coating layer comprising an enteric base coating the core layer; and tadalafil coating the enteric coating layer. The complex formulation exhibit excellent solubility, dissolution rate, and bioavailability.
