The present invention relates to a hydrolysate of grown-up silkworms bred with Cudrania tricuspidata leaves, which has enhanced GABA and rutin enhancement activity, antioxidant activity, or acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity, and a method for producing the same. More particularly, the silkworms are raised with mulberry leaves from 3 to 4 instar and raised with Cudrania tricuspidata leaves until grown up and hydrolyzed, thereby increasing GABA and rutin enhancement activity, antioxidant activity, or acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity.
