The present invention relates to a biosensor for detecting cortisol using resistance switching and hysteresis change, an application and a manufacturing method of the biosensor. The present invention provides a biosensor for detecting a resistance change according to cortisol concentration, having a structure in which a stretchable protein layer, where gold nanoparticles, to which cortisol specific antibodies are bound, are dispersed, is formed between electrode patterns; and a cortisol sensing method using the same.
