The present invention relates to an NFC-based mouse pad music device and a publicity method using the same. According to the present invention, the NFC-based mouse pad music device is able to store the URL information of a server containing data, photographs, videos, or the like for publicity in an NFC tag, to transmit a mouse pad with the NFC tag attached to the target for publicity, to, when a smartphone of the target for publicity comes in contact with the NFC tag, transmit the URL information stored in the NFC tag to the smartphone, to, when the smartphone accesses a publicity page linked to the URL information, provide a service of the publicity-related data, photographs, videos, or the like via the smartphone. According to the present invention, the NFC-based mouse pad music device is able to attach the NFC tag storing the URL information of an event content to a mouse pad, to deliver it to the targets for providing the event content, to transmit the URL information stored in the NFC tag to the smartphone of the target, to allow the smartphone to access the event website linked to the URL information, and to provide far more enormous, diverse, and plentiful event content than the event content, which can be provided through paper materials such as flyers and invitations, via the smartphone.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
