The present invention relates to an electrocatalyst for a fuel cell exhibiting high efficiency in an oxygen reduction reaction using an ultrafast automated flame synthesis method and a method for manufacturing the same. The electrocatalyst for a fuel cell according to the present invention is excellent in oxygen reduction activity, stability, and durability by comprising a perovskite compound, and can be manufactured quickly and easily by manufacturing using the ultrafast automated flame synthesis method.
