The present invention relates to a dehumidification-type dryer for agricultural and marine products. The dehumidification-type dryer comprises: a drying room (10) provided with an internal space in which trays (13) containing agricultural and marine products are stacked, and including an air-blowing path (100) in an upper portion thereof while being spaced apart from the ceiling thereof; a dehumidification chamber (20) configured to cool and liquefy steam generated from drying the agricultural and marine products in the drying room (10), thereby eliminating humidity; a compressor configured to compress a refrigerant having passed through the dehumidification chamber (20); an indoor radiator (52) provided with an indoor motor fan (51) to heat inside air by discharging heat from the refrigerant having passed through the compressor (40); and an outdoor radiator (50) equipped with an outdoor motor fan (53) to discharge the heat of the refrigerant to the atmosphere, as necessary. In particular, the humidification chambers (20) containing dehumidification coils are spaced apart from each other so as to stand unaffected by air flows inside the drying room; the indoor motor fan (51) of the indoor radiator (52) creates a sufficient air volume required for condensation, and an exhaust fan (30) of the dehumidification chamber (20) arbitrarily regulates the air volume so as to keep, as large as possible, a temperature difference (t) between the surface temperature of the dehumidification coils and the air inside the drying room, and decreases the surface temperature of an evaporator to enable dehumidification of air with low dew point temperature.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
