The present invention relates to a method for increasing the germination rate of Crypsinus hastatus spores and prothallium development of Crypsinus hastatus. In addition, the present invention relates to a medium composition and a culture method that the germination of Crypsinus hastatus spores is most effective. Therefore, on the basis of the present invention, an effective propagation system of the Crypsinus hastatus which has a high utility value as a medicinal material as well as landscaping materials is established, thereby being very useful for related industries.
