The present invention relates to storage procedure optimization in a database system which is to efficiently support online analysis workload utilizing a storage procedure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the JIT compile-based database system comprises: a storage manager which manages data stored in a storage and provides the data by request; an interpreter-based query processor which generates an SQL execution plan for inputted OLTP queries, OLAP analysis, and the storage procedure; and a JIT-based query processor which is provided with the SQL execution plan, executes optimization of a branch statement and a repetitive statement within the provided SQL execution plan, generates an optimized JIT execution plan, generates a query processing executor for conducting query processing based on the generated JIT execution plan, and provides the results of query processing conducted by the generated query processing executor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
