The present invention relates to a dynamic monitoring system and a method thereof. The dynamic monitoring system comprises: a smart sensor unit which collects at least one among process-related information, equipment-related information, and environment-related information in a manufacturing field based on a smart sensor; first to n^th smart gateways which measure and analyze data transmitted from the smart sensor unit in real time; and a dynamic monitoring providing unit which is connected with the first to n^th smart gateways in order to communicate, and provides analysis and prediction information required for production and operation in the manufacturing field based on data measured and analyzed through the first to n^th smart gateways and a pattern learned through machine learning using fishbone diagram (FBD) data. Therefore, the dynamic monitoring system and the method thereof can provide analysis and prediction information required for production and operation in a manufacturing field based on the pattern learned through machine learning using FBD data.
