The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a solid fuel, which manufactures the solid fuel by processing biomass into the form of a pellet. A manufacturing method of a low carbon eco-friendly solid fuel using an almond inner shell as a main material of the present invention comprises: a first mixing process of adding a vegetable auxiliary material to a vegetable main material to mix the vegetable auxiliary material with the vegetable main material; a second mixing process of adding a vegetable calorie supplementing material to a mixture passing through the first mixing process to mix the vegetable calorie supplementing material with the mixture; a pulverization process of pulverizing a mixture passing through the second mixing process; a drying process of drying a pulverized material passing through the pulverization process until the pulverized material has 5 to 10 parts by weight of a water content based on the total weight of the pulverized material; and a molding process of extruding the dried material while applying a vegetable curable material to a dried material passing through the drying process, thereby molding the dried material into a desired shape. Therefore, the manufacturing method reduces various costs required for disposal of vegetable wastes as well as recycling of vegetable raw materials or the vegetable wastes by molding various vegetable raw materials including the almond inner shell or the vegetable wastes into a solid fuel through a simple manufacturing process, thereby recycling the various vegetable raw materials and the vegetable wastes.
