The present invention relates to a mobile-based event video management system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a mobile-based event video management system which allows a user to search and view a CCTV video stored in synchronization with an event based on the specific event (incident) such as occurrence date, place, and characteristic using a mobile terminal.
