The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating scuticociliatosis containing a pine gnarl extract. The composition containing the pine gnarl extract has an excellent extermination effect of scuticociliates, thereby being able to be usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition or a feed composition for fish such as halibut and the like.
