The present invention relates to a culturing method for promoting the proliferation of outer root sheath cells through direct interaction with each other in three different cells. More specifically, the present invention may be usefully used as a method for screening a therapeutic agent for alopecia or a cell therapeutic agent through the proliferation of outer root sheath cells of the present invention.
