Provided is a camera monitoring system using an infrared sensor and face recognition technology, which comprises: a human body detection unit detecting the position of a human body; an image photographing unit adjusting a photographing direction in up, down, left and right directions, and automatically adjusting the photographing direction based on detection information transmitted from the human body detection unit; and a data server storing and managing the detection information transmitted from the human body detection unit and the photographed image photographed by the image photographing unit.
