The present invention relates to a sales network building system and a method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a system for establishing a global online/offline sales network and a method thereof which can promote overseas online/offline sales of domestic products by providing a valid export-only platform for countries including Asia. To this end, the sales network building system comprises: a main trading platform server for sourcing domestic products from a supplier to expose the domestic products to sell online, separating at least one of domestic/foreign general consumers and wholesalers/retailers to join as a member, and providing a product management page for a plurality of offline affiliates located in foreign countries; and a sample trading platform server for providing a prospective customer with a sample of the domestic products sold by the main trading platform server.
