The present invention relates to a non-invasive mechanical ventilation system for measuring a change of air volume in lungs and the obstruction degree of an airway, According to an embodiment of the present invention, the non-invasive mechanical ventilation system may include an EIT data processor which includes a plurality of electrodes attached to at least one of the chest and the neck of a subject, measures a voltage from the at least one through the attached plurality of electrodes and generates image data for the inside of the subject, a breathing management part for injecting air into the subject and collecting the breathing parameters of the subject based on the injected air; and a control part which compares the collected breathing parameter with the generated image data, estimates the leakage amount of the injected air and controls the injected air. It is possible to increase the efficiency of non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
